The client required an AI agent capable of providing accurate, non-hallucinated guidance based strictly on the latest GOV.UK documentation, avoiding the legal liabilities of giving 'unlicensed' advice.
Hierarchical RAG with Legal Guardrails.
We architected a secure RAG pipeline that ingests and indexes thousands of GOV.UK pages into a semantic vector database. The agent's reasoning engine is bounded by strict heuristic guardrails to prevent hallucination, ensuring it only synthesizes responses from retrieved ground-truth documents. A conversational UI presents complex legal criteria in accessible, human-readable formats.
